Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all original components included. In the event of a sizing issue, we offer a size exchange only instead of issuing a refund, and returns will not be accepted for change-of-mind purchases after the order has been delivered.

Condition of Returned Products
We only accept returns and exchanges for products that are new, unused, and sealed. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

No Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Used or opened items
Products returned without original packaging
